CUSTOMIZATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hand-Painted Artwork

Each T² tote is individually hand-painted and made to order. Your five or ten selections will guide the artwork, with reference images used to identify specific items and their distinguishing features.

2. Artistic Discretion

While customers determine which items are illustrated, the artist retains creative discretion over placement, positioning, scale, orientation, spacing, and overall composition.

Reference images are used to guide the illustrations but do not guarantee exact reproductions. The final design reflects the artist's creative interpretation of your selections.

3. Handmade Variations

As each tote is individually hand-painted, natural variations in color, brushwork, proportions, and illustration details are expected. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and do not constitute defects.

4. Production Timeline

Standard Production - Approximately 4-5 weeks
Expedited Production - Approximately 2-3 weeks (+$50)

Production begins once all customization details have been submitted and confirmed. Shipping transit time is not included.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and the completeness of submitted customization details.

5. Changes & Revisions

Once production has begun, customization selections cannot be changed. The tote is fully customizable and therefore not available for revisions.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because each tote is custom-made specifically for its purchaser, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered for changes of preference, natural handmade variations, or artistic decisions covered by these terms.

This policy does not limit customers' rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming products, or any rights provided under applicable law.

7. Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Customization Terms & Conditions and understand that each tote is an individually commissioned, hand-painted product.
